Dr Alex Cruceanu, GDC number 312251

Alex qualified as a dentist in 2002 and has completed numerous courses including short-term orthodontics, minor oral surgery, facial aesthetics and digital dentistry.

Alex is passionate about dentistry and always looking to improve and learn new techniques in the profession. His skills and knowledge means he is able to offer a wide range of treatments to patients. He has gained a Level II Certificate in Contemporary Aesthetics and Restorative and is now studying for a Digital Dentistry Certificate.

Alex developed a love of dentistry at an early age and would often play with teeth in his father’s dental laboratory during school holidays. As he grew older he helped his father out on a regular basis.

Alex moved to the UK to practice in 2012. His goal is to provide quality dental care and treatment to his patients in a safe and comfortable environment.

Alex is known by both staff and patients for his calm and supportive demeanour which makes him popular with staff and in particular nervous patients at the practice.

Outside of work, Alex is a certified hypnotherapist and master neuro-linguistic programming practitioner. He enjoys riding his motorbike and spending relaxing family time with his wife and baby son.

Gabriella Lee, GDC number 276552

Gabriella is our new Dental Hygienist, joining our team in October 2023. She recently graduated with a distinction from the University of Essex with a FdSc degree in Oral Health Science. She was also awarded the Dean’s List of Excellence during her studies. Gabriella has been working within the dental industry since 2016 and has experience in dental nursing and practice management.

Gabby has a calm and delicate nature, with patient comfort always in mind. She uses evidence-based practice for her clinical care and keeps up-to date with the latest guidelines.

She enjoys long walks, nature, and paddle boarding in her spare time. Along with a love for cooking, reading, and drawing.

Tracy Harte

Receptionist Tracy Harte Tracy has been working at the Practice since 2018. She has previously worked in retail and was a mortgage advisor for many years so has always had customer service-based jobs which she enjoys and has helped her gain trust and good patient rapport in her current role.

Tracy is keen to make the patient journey as enjoyable as possible and is more than happy to spend the time to talk through queries and concerns.

In her spare time, Tracy likes to see and spend time going out with her three grown up children, doing lots of miles walking with her dogs and gardening.

Kerry Langley, GDC number 312251

Kerry has worked at the Practice since 2016 and has passed the level 3 Dental Nursing Diploma. She is also a member of the Dental Association for Nurses. Kerry enjoys her role and is passionate about helping people.

Many of our patients have given feedback that Kerry makes them feel relaxed and knows just what to do and say at the right time to make their experience as comfortable as possible. Her positive and cheerful nature helps her build good rapport with our patients and staff.

Outside of work Kerry is a busy mum with 4 children, one of whom is autistic with PDA profile which explains how she can help keep patients calm and relaxed. When she does have free time, Kerry likes to read.

Helen has over 20 years of experience in the Dental industry, much of which has been in a Management role.

In addition to her experience in Practice Management, Helen is experienced in Accounting, Business and Administration. With this, alongside her customer service skills and her ability to solve problems, she is able to support and lead the whole team to ensure everyone at Beatty Dental is able to deliver the best possible care to our patients and ensure all our patients have a positive dental experience.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, theatre and music and keeping fit.
