Our aim is to provide quality dental treatment for all age groups in a clean, relaxed and friendly environment. No treatment is undertaken without the consent of the patient, parent or guardian following a comprehensive discussion on treatment options and outcomes.
We undertake continuing professional development (CPD) and participate in Clinical Governance to ensure that the service we provide is based upon the latest knowledge and is of the highest standard.

Principal Dentist
Dr Alex Cruceanu, GDC number 191722
Alex qualified as a dentist in 2002 and has completed numerous courses including short-term orthodontics, minor oral surgery, facial aesthetics and digital dentistry.
Alex is passionate about dentistry and always looking to improve and learn new techniques in the profession. His skills and knowledge means he is able to offer a wide range of treatments to patients. He has gained a Level II Certificate in Contemporary Aesthetics and Restorative and is now studying for a Digital Dentistry Certificate.
Alex developed a love of dentistry at an early age and would often play with teeth in his father’s dental laboratory during school holidays. As he grew older he helped his father out on a regular basis.
Alex moved to the UK to practice in 2012. His goal is to provide quality dental care and treatment to his patients in a safe and comfortable environment.
Alex is known by both staff and patients for his calm and supportive demeanour which makes him popular with staff and in particular nervous patients at the practice.
Outside of work, Alex is a certified hypnotherapist and master neuro-linguistic programming practitioner. He enjoys riding his motorbike and spending relaxing family time with his wife and baby son.
Clinical Phamacist and Business Development Lead
Fiona Cruceanu-Dang
Fiona is a qualified Pharmacist by profession and keeps up to date in that aspect of her career also training to become a dental nurse for knowledge and to provide support for team development.
Fiona has many years of experience in the healthcare industry and has been in management for most of her pharmacy career. This has made her aware of the issues that can arise in managing aPractice and her ability to problem solve and adapt to change has enabled the practice to grow from strength to strength.
Fiona enjoys keeping patients happy and building relationships with the community.
Outside of work, Fiona spends time with her family and has a young son. She is a real foodie and enjoys cooking and trying new food, socialising with friends, going to theatres and keeping fit.
Receptionist
Tracy Harte
Receptionist Tracy Harte Tracy has been working at the Practice since 2018. She has previously worked in retail and was a mortgage advisor for many years so has always had customer service-based jobs which she enjoys and has helped her gain trust and good patient rapport in her current role.
Tracy is keen to make the patient journey as enjoyable as possible and is more than happy to spend the time to talk through queries and concerns.
In her spare time, Tracy likes to see and spend time going out with her three grown up children, doing lots of miles walking with her dogs and gardening.
Practice Manager
Helen Freeman
Helen has over 20 years of experience in the Dental industry, much of which has been in a Management role.
In addition to her experience in Practice Management, Helen is experienced in Accounting, Business and Administration. With this, alongside her customer service skills and her ability to solve problems, she is able to support and lead the whole team to ensure everyone at Beatty Dental is able to deliver the best possible care to our patients and ensure all our patients have a positive dental experience.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, theatre and music and keeping fit.
Trainee Dental Nurse
Leah Shephard
Leah is currently studying for her Dental Nurse qualification whilst working hard in the practice gaining valuable practical nursing experience in surgery. Leah loves engaging with patients to make them as comfortable as possible, her positive and happy approach to her work help to make every patient's visit to us a pleasant experience.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys travelling, cinema and spending time with her family.
Associate Dentist
Dr. Liviu Berlinschi, GDC number 280281
Liviu is a skilled and compassionate dentist with over 20 years of experience, known for his friendly, calming approach that puts even the most anxious patients at ease. Specialising in restorative treatments like dentures and ceramic restorations, he is dedicated to restoring both function and aesthetics to his patients' smiles.
After starting his career as a pediatric dentist, Liviu gained valuable expertise in caring for children and nervous patients.
Outside of work, Liviu enjoys recharging through mountain and seaside adventures. His blend of professional expertise and a caring demeanor makes him a trusted advocate for patient comfort and oral health.
